Structural features
It is mainly composed of a frame, disconnector, vacuum switch tube, grounding switch, spring operating mechanism, etc.
The product has a compact structure and small size, which is easy to install and arrange.
The spring operating mechanism can realize the spring energy storage of the motor (manual operation is optional), and the closing mode includes electromagnetic closing and manual opening and closing.
The disconnector, vacuum switch and grounding switch are interlocked with each other (mechanical interlocking) to prevent misoperation.
Working principle
Using vacuum as the arc extinguishing medium, the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber has extremely high insulation performance and can quickly extinguish the arc. When the switch is disconnected, the arc quickly spreads and cools in a vacuum environment, thereby realizing the rapid cutting of the current and effectively avoiding the damage of the arc to the inside of the switch.

Environmental conditions: no corrosive gas, flammable gas, obvious water vapor, no frequent severe vibration.

 LBIS Type outdoor on load break switch disconnector contained in this list are destined to switch stub lines and ring main lines or transformers (It can be equipped with MV HRC fuse links as short circuit protection fuction) or for switching under on load conditions. This disconnector complies with IEC/IEEE and DVE-recommendation standards especially comply with DIN VDE 0670 part 3 and IEC 60265, IEC 129.
