The S-2500/33/11 energy-saving sealed power oil-immersed transformer adopts a fully sealed corrugated oil tank design (without oil storage cabinet structure). Through the corrugated elasticity, it adapts to the expansion and contraction of oil volume to achieve complete isolation from the atmosphere, effectively prevents the insulation oil from deteriorating and getting wet, significantly improves operational reliability and eliminates maintenance. Its core uses high-conductivity cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and oxygen-free copper windings, combined with a multi-layer cylindrical coil structure and longitudinal oil channel heat dissipation technology. The no-load loss is 30% lower than the traditional S9 series, the load loss is optimized to 21200W, and the no-load current is reduced by 70-85%. At the same time, it supports 20% long-term overload operation capacity. The transformer has a rated capacity of 2500kVA, and supports 33kV/11kV multi-level input on the high-voltage side (low-voltage output 0.4kV). It complies with IEC standards and has the characteristics of low noise (operating sound pressure level reduced by 2-4dB), low temperature rise (average reduction of 10K) and long life. It is suitable for harsh industrial environments (such as mining and metallurgy), and achieves double breakthroughs in energy efficiency and stability, significantly reducing users' electricity costs throughout their life cycle.
